Mortgage Choice Website UX Redesign
The Challenge
Mortgage Choice approached Atlas Agency for a complete User Experience and User Interface redesign to update its dated website and keep up with changes in the market from its main competitors.
User Experience Research and Definition
With a compact and competent team we ran discovery sessions with the main stakeholders, competitors reviews, franchisees interviews and end-user interviews and usability tests on the previous website search for insights for the redesign. We generated UX reports, informed personas and completely re-worked the User Journeys and Information Architecture in partnership with Atomic 212, Mortgage Choice's agency for SEO.
User Experience and Interface Development
As part as the redesign and user experience process, Atlas produced complex high-definition wireframes, iterated them with the client and ran usability tests both on mobile and desktop through an Axure RP Prototype and usertesting.com. Further on we worked on the visual design of the website and technical assistance for Mortgage Choice's development team.
One of the major difficulties of the project was juggling goals and requests of different levels of management, franchisees, and mostly important users. Both the client and the agency were extremely satisfied with the end result.
Atlas has also provided a birds-eye view of a service design matrix, advising Mortgage Choice on back-stage process that should be streamlined and standardised to improve customer service and the franchisees workflows.
